Francesca began her career at the Royal Court Theatre in London as an assistant in International Play Development before moving to New York in 2006 to join the production team behind the televised Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Her work in live entertainment and spectacle led her to The Box Worldwide, where she produced pop-up variety shows at major international events. In 2010, she returned to London to work alongside Simon Hammerstein in launching The Box nightclub, taking on various management roles.

In 2012, Francesca executive produced Difret, a feature film set in Ethiopia, in collaboration with Dr Mehret Mandefro and Angelina Jolie. The film won the Audience Awards at Sundance, the Berlinale, and the World Cinema Amsterdam Festival.

Francesca co-founded theFound with Alice Russell in 2014 in London, helping to shape a new era of talent management across traditional and digital media. After a decade alongside Alice at the helm, she stepped back in 2024 to launch YEW, a healthy soft drinks brand. She remains a non-executive director at The Mirador Group, bringing her expertise in talent strategy, brand partnerships, and business growth.
