KJ has been working with talent for the past decade, with her career beginning at the BBC Good Food Shows, where exposure to the food and entertainment industries sparked an interest in talent management.

KJ joined theFound in 2019, and for the past six years, she has played a key role in both growing and managing talent and building strategic partnerships. As Talent and Partnerships Director, she focuses on maximising the potential of talent and driving authentic, meaningful partnerships that align with the talent’s brand and audience. She is dedicated to fostering strong, long-term relationships with brands, PRs, and talent alike.
