Francesca graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2024 with First-Class Honours in English Literature. Since joining Mirador in 2025, she has worked alongside leading agents to manage a diverse roster of digital and broadcast talent.

Now expanding her network across the comedy, entertainment, and factual sectors, she continues to focus on identifying strong career opportunities and building exceptional talent from the ground up.
