Alice started her career as an Editorial Assistant at HarperCollins in 2004, working on the editorial team for bestselling commercial fiction. But she’d got the comedy bug after many summers spent working at the Edinburgh Festival, so moved to Avalon in 2006. There Alice learnt from some of the best entertainment managers and producers in the comedy business – assisting on a number of their top clients, before developing her own list of award-winning comedians.

In 2014, keen to start a family and spotting an opportunity to work with a different kind of talent in the newly emerging digital space, Alice launched theFound with her oldest friend, Francesca Zampi. Alice loves spotting talent early and helping to develop their ideas into content that can entertain and educate – be it a book, a digital series, a podcast, a television programme or a live show. She is particularly proud that so many of the company’s clients inspire millions of people to feel good, and walk through the world better equipped, and with more awareness and compassion.
