Mindy is proud to join the team after a successful seven years at the prestigious Edinburgh TV Festival, rising through the ranks in a number of roles. These included marketing manager where she oversaw a brand relaunch, created a new digital strategy and spearheaded social media activity to achieve record views across YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn. Her most recent post was festival producer, where she conceived ideas for a wide-range of talent-led sessions and worked with an array of global names in TV.

Mindy also oversaw a number of initiatives to identify and promote exciting emerging talent, including The New Voice Awards, as well as collaborating on a podcast showcasing rising black British performers.

Mindy’s passion for supporting the best & brightest talent began on day one of her TV career, at The Talent Manager, where she developed training programmes to meet industry needs.

Mindy remains driven by a determination to ensure the programmes we see on-screens reflect the diversity of the audiences watching them and relishes this opportunity to champion the cream of creative talent.
