Holly joined theFound in 2020 and quickly developed a passion for discovering talent specialising in comedy and entertainment. Over the past four years, she has risen to Senior Talent Manager, representing a roster of actors, comedians, presenters and digital influencers.

Holly has a keen eye for spotting talent with thriving social media platforms capable of transitioning their skills into real-world performances. A career highlight includes producing the first TikTok creator-led comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where she managed a rotating stage of performers in a 176-seat venue at the Pleasance Courtyard.

Now, as a Senior Talent Manager, Holly is dedicated to helping her clients bring their creative visions to life – whether through brand campaigns, live shows, or screen opportunities – while empowering them to build lasting careers.
