Mirador Group was founded in 2025 by Alice Russell and Miranda Chadwick, bringing together their two talent agencies (theFound and Mirador Talent Management). 

Mirador Talent Group represents leading talent across a broad spectrum, each client has a standout talent, or area of expertise that we are proud to support through a powerful network of contacts and know-how in the worlds of content creation, broadcasting, branding, commercial, publishing, live events and corporate speaking.

Mirador Group works collaboratively with each client, implemenng their ideas and nurturing their goals with solid strategy and commitment to build and maintain their career momentum. From creative backgrounds in talent management, development and television production, the team have cast-iron relationships with key decision makers at agencies, brands and content platforms, key to bringing clients’ ideas to fruition. We have a very high staff-to-client ratio and believe that having a strong partnership, working hand in glove with each client in an extremely proactive way is what will separate us from the rest.

New client! We are thrilled to welcome to Mirador Talent Group Dr Julia Shaw (@drjuliashaw) – criminal psychologist and memory expert whose work sits at the intersection of science, crime, and the stories we tell ourselves.
Julia has worked across the media including her hugely popular BBC Sounds Bad People and Radio 4’s the Human Subject to her TV work including Killers Caught on Camera (ITVx/AMC) and The Misinvestigations of Romesh Ranganathan on BBC Two.
Julia is also a very in demand speakers for events where she talks about human memory and memory hacking as well as AI, workplace harassment and cyber security.
