After earning her film degree, Lauren began her career in casting, collaborating with industry leaders. She later transitioned to talent representation, managing prominent comedians.

Her expertise led to a production role at Comedy Entertainment, contributing to acclaimed shows like The Graham Norton Show, Britain’s Got Talent and The Stand Up Sketch Show.

In 2018, Lauren founded Big Mouth, combining her comedy background with charitable causes. Through Big Mouth, she produced sold-out shows featuring leading comedians and emerging voices, supporting global majority and LGBTQIA+ performers and charities.
