Florence cut her teeth in one of the UK’s top acting agencies, working across TV, Film, Theatre and Commercials with a broad range of clients from drama school graduates all the way up to high profile stars. This is where she first met Miranda who was a Senior Broadcast Agent on the floor above.

In 2020, Florence joined a leading Global Talent Group where she specialised in top-tier Entertainment talent, working with clients including: Graham Norton, Matt Lucas, Charlene White and Afua Hirsch.

Florence has recently been honing her skills in organisation, prioritisation, crisis management and emotional intelligence as a mum of two boys! Her experience of Matrescence so far has highlighted her interest in representing women who use their voice to champion female-focused issues and drive them to the forefront of popular culture.

She is thrilled to join the team as a Talent Manager working closely with an exciting list of purpose-driven specialist clients helping to make good things happen, whilst also supporting Miranda to build the Broadcast arm of the business in Factual Entertainment.
